TINY is a highly specialized hardware-only PTP slave clock IP designed to offer precise synchronization capabilities across diverse network architectures. With support for various communication interfaces such as MII, GMII, and serialized links, it operates seamlessly at speeds from 10M to 1G.
The IP is capable of handling multiple PTP profiles, including Layer-2/Layer-3 and E2E/P2P configurations, achieving a synchronization offset of less than ±1 microsecond relative to the master node. It supports both Timing and Data output (ToD PTP clock, PPS), providing comprehensive solutions for time-sensitive operations.
Features such as event timestamping and alarm detection are integrated, with optional IRIG-B master output available, offering robust functionality and high accuracy.
