DVB-RCS2 Turbo Encoder & Decoder

On the transmitter side, the turbo -phi encoder architecture is based on a parallel concatenation of two double -binary Recursive Systematic Convolutional (RSC) encoders, fed by blocks of K bits (N=K/2).
